Crafted into a stunning six- or seven-course meal, you can look forward to a holiday menu featuring an organic vegetable tart made with veggies from Tsukuba in Ibaraki prefecture, and fresh seafood appetisers like Shinshu salmon from Azumino and scallops from Hokkaido.
