Opened in December 2017 just inside the ticket gates at Ueno Station, this is the second Tokyo outpost of T's Tantan, one of the city's premier vegan ramen purveyors. In addition to noodles, you'll find ginger-fried 'pork', keema curry and vegetable katsu ('pork' cutlet) sandwiches on the menu – all made with soy instead of meat, of course.
