Urano Yamano Kinoko

Urano Yamano Kinoko serves dishes packed with different mushrooms. While the a la carte menu offers unique options like mushroom carpaccio, mushroom and chicken spring rolls and natto mushroom fried rice, we recommend going for the mushroom hotpot (¥2,500 per person) which you can order for two or more people. You’ll get an assortment of mushrooms, veggies, tofu, chicken meatballs and pork to first simmer in the dashi stock, then dip into the restaurant’s special condiments. You can also order other ingredients to put in your hotpot including lamb (¥800), steamed dumplings (¥600), scallops (¥600) and more. There’s also a soupless pot (¥1,500), where you’ll get to choose two ingredients from a list of eight, and you can order a side of bao steamed buns (¥300) to create your own sandwich.
