Zaru udon (udon served on a bamboo mat with dipping sauce) has been reimagined as tsukemen – that is, served in a bowl instead of on the mat; same but different – at this new basement venture inside the Iino Building just south of Hibiya Park. There are three different types of cold dipping sauce noodles to choose from, including a spicy beef 'tsuke-udon', and one hot option, the pork tsuke-udon. And rest assured, your noodles will be good quality as well, as they're made with 100 percent Hokkaido flour.
