Ebisu welcomes a new specialist sushi restaurant known for their ‘aged sushi’, which uses exclusive ingredients from Kyushu. Look forward to dishes prepared with a mix of fresh vegetables provided by local farms in Kyushu and fish caught by fishermen from the Goto Islands. At Wadanoya, you'll have the chance to order a culinary course menu which makes it possible to sample both sushi varieties, including the fresh options, as well as the aged sushi. If you order the omakase course (the chef's selection), you can enjoy a variety of sushi along with sashimi and grilled fish as well.
