Hidden away in the quiet backstreets of Akasaka stands Wakiya – a Chinese restaurant opened by Yuji Wakiya, known also as the executive chef at Turandot Yusenkyo. The dishes feature specially selected seasonal ingredients, which are turned into delicious and healthy Chinese cuisine.
