Challenging Hiroo's Little Pie Factory with their health-conscious, only lightly buttery creations, these Omotesando tart purveyors set up shop in mid-November 2015 on the ground floor of the Classica building. Their savoury delights come with topping varieties from mushrooms and Sicilian-style caponata to spicy bolognese sauce, and are based on a low-calorie crust baked with grape seed and olive oils. You can choose from a total of nine tart treats, two of which change seasonally.
