White Afternoon Tea

This elegant afternoon tea at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba reminds us of a snowy winter’s day as the tea set is in various shades of white. To achieve this, ingredients such as white chocolate and vanilla are used throughout, coupled with accents of yuzu, orange and honey for flavour. The star of the show has got to be the decadent snow globe-shaped dessert, which sits on top of the tea set. Crack open the white chocolate dome and you'll find a lovely vanilla cake inside, topped with white peach mousse.
