Time Out says

You may be use to slurping up Japan's popular cold noodle summer dish hiyashi chuka, but now Hawaiian yakiniku and cold noodle specialist Yuchun has opened its first Tokyo outpost in Roppongi and serves up a new take on chilled noodles. 

Yuchun's kuzu reimen (¥1,200) are by far the most popular item on their menu, loved for the sorbet-like broth and the smooth yet springy texture of the noodles, made from a mix of buckwheat flour and arrowroot starch. If you're craving a more hearty meal, go for the restaurant's different yakiniku options, which sees tender slices of wagyu beef and even offals.
