Time Out says

Starting as a chicken wholesaler in Kayabacho back in 1949, Yakitori Miyagawa moved to Akasaka in 2008 but was forced to close in 2013 after losing its building to redevelopment. Now reborn in the basement of the flashy Intercity Air building, Miyagawa is once again serving up its marinated chicken-on-a-stick, made with a secret recipe and seasoned with anything from a house salt mix to homemade spices. Don't miss the Shiroi Karaage (white karaage), an original take on Japanese-style fried chicken. Non-chicken bites such as carrots and sweet potatoes are also offered seasonally, and match nicely with the unchanged taste of Miyagawa’s yakitori.
