This restaurant in Kita-Senju serves gourmet burgers for lunch, crafted with its original 100 percent beef patties. They’re packed with 140g of beef tongue, thigh and rib, making them juicier than ordinary minced meat patties. The burger lunch set starts at an affordable ¥1,000, which also includes a side of fries, onion rings and a small drink. If you’re willing to spend a little more, the foie gras truffle burger (¥3,500) includes a 60g foie gras patty, a dollop of mashed potato and black truffle shavings – it’s one luxurious burger.
In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a beer pub offering a wide range of local and international craft beers, house made sausages, and more alongside those signature burgers..
It’s also open during the early hours, serving breakfast paninis (from ¥580) including a BLT, pastrami beef, and ham and cheese. Plus there’s specialty Bamboo Coffee made from coffee beans roasted in bamboo charcoal.
