Time Out says

Not only did Zassoya prove to Tokyoites that kalbi and bibinbap could be designer-stylish – it was also the first place to introduce vegetarian dishes from Korea’s Buddhist tradition. Settle in for a full meal in one of the alcove areas or perch on a stool at the tables in the centre of the room for a drink and a bite. Either way, reservations are advised.
