The Zenya National Yakitori Association (because yes, such a thing exists) gives Tokyoites a taste of the nation's seven greatest yakitori hotspots at this 'food theme park', which opened in March 2013. Take your pick between succulent, skewered morsels from Muroran and Bibai (both in Hokkaido), Fukushima, Higashi-Matsuyama (Saitama), Imabari (Ehime), Nagato (Yamaguchi) and Kurume (Fukuoka). If nothing else, you'll be amazed at how different they all are.
