Time Out says

Famed for its super-soft roll cakes, which are Japanese-style Swiss rolls that come in many different flavours, Arinco has won the hearts of Tokyo sweet-lovers with offerings like the Salt Caramel Roll, available only at Tokyo Station. This Arashiyama outlet offers somewhat more Kyoto-esque versions of the staple cake, including the Kyo-roll Matcha Zukushi, a luxury creation made with Kyoto matcha, and the Kyo-roll Hyakunen Kura Shoyu, glaced with soy sauce from Sawai Shoyu, one of the region's oldest and most renowned shoyu breweries. If you're looking for something sweet to snack on while traipsing around Arashiyama, try one of the Arinco Roll Sands, which are cream sandwiches generously topped with flavourful sauces.
