Bamboo Toast Sandwich

A simple toaster wouldn't do here: 'Let's grill our sandwiches to crisp perfection' is the oh-so-engaging concept behind this new shop just off Omotesando. The place is a sort of reincarnation of the original Bamboo, which currently does more Italian-inspired dishes than sarnies; as a tribute, the menu at Toast Sandwich will feature some old Bamboo favourites brought back to life. Besides that, the menu branches out to include more creative combinations such as the Mille-feuille Tamago, Shrimp & Avocado 1977, TSB Roast Pork, and Soft Shell Crab. With the sandwiches griddled right in front of you, it's an all-in toast experience.
