Set to open inside the new Ginza Place building this September, celebrity chef Thierry Marx's Bistro Marx is looking like one of the more exciting arrivals in Tokyo's restaurant world this year. Get a sneak peek of things to come at the UNU farmer's market this weekend, when the avant-garde molecular gastronomy expert's famed brioche buns will be on sale at 10am and 1pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Choose from three flavours – plain, pistachio and cappuccino – but make sure to get there on time: only 50 buns will be sold during each 'push'.
