Time Out says

Nestled in the backstreets of Harajuku is this quaint book café and bar that has over 2,000 Western books decorating the walls. Every single book has been handpicked by the owner, Saho Ito, and covers a wide range of topics from art, music, fashion to food. Best of all, you can buy any book that catches your interest.

Of course, you can also just stop by for a cup of tea or coffee, but you’ll get the most bang out of your buck with the weekday lunch deals. For ¥1,100, enjoy chicken over rice, chili con carne, Singaporean chicken, soup curry, green curry or gapao rice, all of which come with a free drink. You can even upgrade your meal to a large portion for an additional ¥100, or make it a half and half dish for an additional ¥200
