Time Out says

The warm season is finally here, but Tokyo’s hot and humid summers can often be overwhelming. What better way to quench your thirst than some ice cold lemonade? Pastry chef Kazuaki Eguchi of Akasaka's Del'immo café launches his Brooklyn-inspired lemon refreshments and other sweet treats this summer at Butter Popcorn's Shibuya branch. In addition to classic Brooklyn Lemonade (¥280, ¥380 for a large size), you can try Brooklyn Lemonade Jelly (¥380), which is half sour lemonade, half sweet lemon jelly, or Lemon Tart (¥280), filled with lemon custard and topped with lemon meringue. Sweet but zesty, this one makes for the perfect heat-beating dessert.

Early birds might be able to taste the Strawberry Lemon Tart (¥360), topped with a whole strawberry: only 50 of these delicacies are sold every day. Not into uber-sour sweets? Go for the sweet and creamy Lemon Creampuff (¥320) instead and avoid that wrinkly ‘I just ate something really sour’ face.
