Time Out says

Opened in June 2023, Cabo Complex is one of the latest addition to Uehara’s array of charming bistros, wine bars and café. This modern five-storey structure caters to multiple lifestyle needs, with shops and eateries on the lower floors, while the upper floors are reserved for offices and residential spaces.

Notable establishments now open for business include the café and bar No., which has strategically moved from its former location at Topcourt in Yoyogi Uehara to Cabo’s ground level. As day fades into twilight, sip your preferred brew here, watching the bustling streetscape outside. As for restaurants, Ukiyo – helmed by owner-sommelier Naoto Takeuchi and former Kabi chef Toshi Akama – is ready to dazzle with its imaginative farm-to-table menu and natural wine pairings.

Other exciting posts include the New Classic Tortilla Club, where owner Jun Katayama is working to etch tortillas onto Tokyo’s culinary map. Relish ever-evolving delicacies, from crisp tostadas to mouth-watering quesadillas, updated weekly.

Additionally, bibliophiles will appreciate the inclusion of two small bookstores within the complex, ensuring both foodies and literature enthusiasts find their haven at Cabo.
