Another member of the Kitakore Building club, this Koenji select shop deals primarily in used clothing, original brands and items crafted by young designers. Much of what you’ll find is ’80s and ’90s-style pieces or one-off items, such as redesigned leather jackets adorned with jewels and studs. In addition to clothes, Garter also sells shoes and a wide range of accessories. And with mirrors lining every wall, there’s no chance you’ll leave without looking good.
