Time Out says

This beautiful patisserie in Ebisu is run by the Michelin-starred restaurant Tacubo for fans to purchase the restaurant’s stellar dessert to go. The financiers (¥400) are the highlight, which are made with brown butter to give it a satisfying crispy outer layer. They taste great right out of the box, but we recommend popping them into a oven toaster to warm it up for a few seconds. The pudding and cream puffs are a hit, too, both filled with rich, milky custard cream.

An unusual feature about Dolce Tacubo is that you need to make a reservation before visiting the store , as the pastries are made fresh according to each time slot. You’ll need to pre-order what you want before visiting, but some desserts are available on the day of.
