'Raw' dorayaki? Think of a springy sponge-type cake as a base, with melt-in-the-mouth fresh cream lathered on alongside fragrant, sweet red bean paste and Hokkaido-made pieces of mochi, topped with another layer of the aforementioned cake. It's quite the mouthful – the knife in the picture isn't included in the price, we fear.
