A legend in the French world of chocolate, Fabrice Gillotte was awarded an Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F.), one of the highest honours for craftsmanship in the country and the equivalent of 'national human treasure', when he was just 26 years old for his chocolate-making skills. At this new Aoyama shop, opened in late January 2018, you'll find his creativity and original, quirky touches in every item. That includes the 'Pure', a classic chocolate with a very delicate casing, and the mini-chocolate bar simply named 'Creative'.
