Formerly based in Ebisu, this rather literally named eatery has found some new digs just up the street from Tokyo Tower. Its thin buckwheat galettes are still expertly prepared and come in a wide variety of combinations, including in wrap form packed full of healthy vegetables. If it's a light French-style lunch or snack with coffee you're looking for, Galette Stand certainly deserves a quick visit.
