Time Out says

Founded in 2010 by Francesco Mugellini and Valentina Vitali, Florence-born artisanal gelato and chocolate shop Vitali made its way to Jiyugaoka in late April 2017. A homely operation that feels far more down to earth than the often rather corporate and polished Tokyo outposts of other renowned European chocolate purveyors, Vitali Tokyo offers a mouth-watering gelato selection: you get to choose from 16 different flavours, including eight chocolate ones, five milk-centred options and a seasonally rotating lineup of three fruit-based picks. We were particularly fond of the Sorbetto Cacao Extra Amaro, advertised as the 'richest chocolate gelato in Japan' with its 80-percent cacao content, and the gently fruity Sorbetto al Cioccolato Fondente. A single serving costs ¥500, a double ¥550 and a triple ¥600, so comparing flavours is clearly the way to go here.
