The first week (February 15 to February 22) will feature Sukemasa from Kyoto, Gyoza no Mawatari from Miyazaki, Kinsei Foods from Gunma, Lao Lee from Nagasaki, Gyoza no Miya Denden from Saitama and Gyoza no Hanawasaku in Tokyo. The second week (February 23 to March 1) will have six other brands including Umaimon Kuukai from Shizuoka, Gyoza no Kiki from Miyazaki, Natsumeya from Aichi, Tsukuba Gyoza Ryujin from Ibaraki and Ichiban Goroh from Miyagi.
You can get hot gyoza fresh from the pan, or pick up a package of frozen gyoza to cook at home.
