‘Hands Messe’ Sale at Tokyu Hands

What do you call the biggest sale of the year at the shop that has (nearly) everything? Find out as Tokyo Hands rolls out its annual Hands Messe sale, promising steep reductions on anything from shampoo to skillets. First held in 1983 to mark the 5th anniversary of Tokyu Hands Shibuya, the discount-a-thon went nationwide in 1986, and has been a yearly tradition ever since.
