Hommage to Japan by Fauchon

French confectionery Fauchon is proposing a toast to the beautiful four seasons and traditions of Japan with a series of éclairs, appropriately named 'Hommage to Japan'. Try one of their koinobori (colourful carp-shaped banners) pastries between April 9 and May 6 to celebrate Children's Day (May 5) – you'll like both the blue carp filled with blueberry custard and the pink one with strawberries, no matter how old you are.
