Posh chocolatier John Kanaya made quite a splash when it debuted at the Tokyo Solamachi mall last spring, with exotic treats like chocolate cigars (pictured) and mediants topped with nuts and dried fruit. You'll be able to get all this and more at Kanaya's new flagship shop, which opens in Ebisu on January 17 – giving staff just under a month to prepare for the inevitable Valentine's Day rush.
