Koizumi Douguten is the shop of designer Makoto Koizumi, and is located in a quiet residential area in Kunitachi. Koizumi designs interiors and products using wood and other nostalgic materials. Step into the shop and you’ll see a different world, a modern space with displays of beautiful tables, chairs and smaller pieces such as food containers. There is also pottery and porcelain pots. The designer’s workshops are based there too.
