Opened inside Futako-Tamagawa's Tokyu Food Show depachika in July 2017, this shop is a small piece of heaven for anyone enamoured with fresh fruit. Kyushuya's twin specialities are tarts and juice: in the former category, look out for the 'shine muscat' grape tart, the fruit tomato version and the one with domestic mango, all made in store – from cutting the fruit to finishing off with a beautiful decoration. The made-to-order juice is even more special: it's served in bowls made from carved-out fruit.
