In late October, Shinjuku's landmark Alta building was graced by the new presence of this shop specialising in freshly baked quiche. The owners are Hotland Inc, the force behind the likes of ever-loved takoyaki chain Gindaco, and with opening hours stretching from late morning to evening, it's easy to just pop in for a small breakfast or snack to go with your glass of something.
