Time Out says

Hailing from Yufuin, a small onsen town in southern Japan, popular confectionery Milch recently opened its first shop outside Oita prefecture. Here at this Harajuku outpost, you can get your hands on Milch’s signature Kase Kuchen (¥220), a type of German cheesecake with a fluffy exterior covering a rich and oozy custard filling. This decadent treat comes served in a cup, and is best enjoyed fresh-off-the-oven warm, so the shop makes sure to bake a new batch every 15 minutes.

As of now, the store only serves this speciality dessert. However, Milch is looking to expand its Tokyo menu with other popular items such as baked doughnuts, custard pudding and parfaits.
