Japan's first bean-to-bar chocolate brand is opening a new location specialising in ‘gâteau au chocolat', Minimal’s unique chocolate cake creations. The menu boasts this specialty in various options including a rich and chocolatey ‘mild’ version, as well as a ‘fresh’ option which showcases the fragrant aroma of fresh cacao. A wonderful chocolate aroma is what really defines the store where their cocoa beans are roasted in two stages to achieve the distinctive fruity, spice-like aroma despite the absence of any additional flavourings.
