French master pâtissier Philippe Conticini finally gets his own café-boutique in Tokyo. Located inside Ginza Six's depachika, it sees vivid, colourful confectionery and baked treats lined up in the boutique's glass case, while a Ginza-exclusive menu is served at the café. It lists sweet wonders including the Kouign Tatin, an inventive mash-up of a kouign amann and tarte tatin (the latter being baked inside the former), as well as a selection of parfaits.
