Salad Cafe Takashimaya

If you're having trouble finding a healthy lunch in Nihonbashi, this pop-up in the Takashimaya basement should come in handy: open for a month in the run-up to Christmas, the Salad Cafe serves up a range of oh-so-trendy mason jar salads, in addition to more familiar fare like caesar and fruit mixtures. Offerings like mushroom ajillo salad and roast beef salad with grilled veg sound tasty enough, but we're particularly interested in the 'Nine-Type Assortment', which is apparently meant to pair nicely with most types of booze out there.
