Time Out says

Yoshinobu Tsuruya is a wagashi brand dating back more than 200 years – but you wouldn’t guess it as you enter this sleek shop in the Toranomon Hills Business Tower. The clean lines, spacious arrangement, and minimal aesthetic of the interior make it look more like an art gallery. Wagashi are lined up neatly on the display counters, with many different and unique varieties available. There are cute, bite-sized dorayaki (¥151 each) filled with lemon-scented bean paste, different flavoured monaka (¥216 each) wafers that resemble macarons and yokan in interesting flavors like sakuranbo cherry, lemon, and yoghurt (¥216). All the sweets come in colorful, stylish packaging, making them perfect for a gift – even if it’s just for yourself.
