Illumination Relay Marathon

Jog under the bright lights in Showa Kinen Park on Boxing Day, when fun relay races take place among the illuminated trees from around 4pm to long after sunset. The action starts with an opening ceremony at 3.45pm, while the 'parents and kids' race kicks off at 4.10pm. The main event comes at 5pm, when a two-hour relay run (divvied up into general, ladies-only and family groups) gets underway.
