Global fitness giant Les Mills takes on the capital with this one-off event, set to hit Shibuya's Belle Salle Garden in mid-November. No matter what your fitness level, all are welcome at the all-day training session where the programmes range from lighter balance exercises to full-on sweat-fests, with most of the latter taking place in club-like surrounds and accompanied by pounding EDM.
