Rizin Fighting World Grand-Prix 2017

Established in 2015, the hard-charging Rizin Fighting Federation is returning to Saitama Super Arena for its third successive New Year's extravaganza, and mixed martial arts enthusiasts are in for a real treat. In addition to bouts between local favourite Kyoji Horiguchi and Brazilian challenger Gabriel Oliveira, and the experienced Shintaro Ishiwatari versus France's Kevin Petshi (both on December 29), the lineup includes a face-off between kickboxing idol Rena and Irene Rivera, plus the up-and-coming Tenshin Nasukawa going head to head with a yet-to-be-named opponent (December 31). Note that you'll need to buy your tickets before 7pm on December 26.
