Time Out says

Jog for a good cause in the marine surroundings of Odaiba just before International Women's Day in March, when the 2016 edition of the White Ribbon Run takes over Symbol Promenade Park to raise awareness and funds for women's reproductive health all over the world. Organised by the Japanese Organization for International Cooperation in Family Planning and the International Planned Parenthood Federation, the event sees all proceeds donated to charities working with vulnerable women in countries like Nepal, Ghana and Myanmar. There's space for 800 runners on the 5km course, but even those who can't make it on the day can participate: pick up an official White Ribbon t-shirt, take a photo of yourself running and post it on social media with the hashtag #wrun to support the cause. Registration for the Odaiba event is open until February 12 – sign up here.

Note that registration is only open for women aged 18 and older.
