Time Out says

Visit the Tokyo 2020 Fan Park on the west side of Aomi Central Park (aka Symbol Promenade Park) to experience what it’s like to be a Paralympic athlete. You’ll be able to play Paralympic sports like wheelchair basketball and boccia, or learn Baseball5 – a scaled-down version of baseball with no bat – with a professional instructor to show you the ropes. There’ll even be mini-games to play with other visitors.

The park also has Japan’s biggest official Tokyo 2020 merchandise shop with thousands of items including the entire collection of Team Japan (aka Team Red) merch. While you’re there, be sure to stop by the Tokyo 2020 Fan Arena to try more sports – it’s just nearby at the Tokyo Big Sight Aomi Exhibition Building.

Due to the current state of emergency, this event is limited to Tokyo residents only, so make sure to bring your residence card, driver’s licence, health insurance, My Number card or a utility bill to prove your address. To limit crowding, you’ll need to make a free reservation in advance on the official website.
