Go hunting for 'lucky bags' at 3331 Arts Chiyoda's Sunday fair, which sees more than 20 artists, creatives and shopowners get together to sell original fukubukuro packed with all kinds of goodies – from drawings and artsy video recordings to home-roast coffee. If you missed out on fukubukuro shopping at the department stores and malls right after New Year's, then this one should make for a nice substitute.
