Akihabara Oktoberfest 2016

Why wait until October for your Bavarian beer festival when you can have it in, ooh, April? Jumping the gun on the events held in Odaiba, Hibiya, Yoyogi, et al. later in the year, Akihabara is staging its own Oktoberfest from April Fools' Day, though they're being prudent enough to hold it indoors rather than brave the elements. Head to Belle Salle Akihabara for German (and German-style) beer from breweries including Hofbräu München, Franziskaner and Sankt Gallen, plus sausages, idol appearances and some typically Bavarian musical performances.
