Akishima Aloha Carnival

Head over to Akishima for all things Hawaiian at this two-day festival, complete with authentic Hula and Tahitian dance performances featuring over 1,000 dancers. Even though Japanese hip hop artist Seamo doesn't really fall into the Hawaiian theme, he will nevertheless hit the stage on September 7 from 7.30pm. If you're more interested in the food, fuel up on malasada and garlic shrimp, and don't forget to grab some Hawaiian-themed crafts and souvenirs before you leave.
