Don’t miss the chance to see the beautiful autumn leaves of Higo-Hosokawa Garden all lit up in the evening for a week from November 19 to 27. The Japanese maple, enoki, goby and pine trees that are scattered across the garden will be decked out in 140 LED lights, while the walkway will be illuminated with hand-carved take-akari bamboo lights, creating a romantic ambience.
The garden stays open until 9pm during the event (last entry 8.30pm).
