Cafés and restaurants around the Otsuka area are celebrating the warmer season with a spring-time Oktoberfest. Just outside Tokyo Otsuka Norengai you’ll find stalls selling a selection of beers from microbreweries in Northern Tokyo and overseas, curated by Titans Craft Beer Tap Room.

Nearby venues including Eightdays Dining and Ping-Pong Ba are offering live entertainment, workshops and markets during the same time. Make sure to stop by the Omo Café in the evening to sip on beer by Yoho Brewing; there will be a DJ on deck to liven up the festivities.
