Bakery Awards

The Bakery Awards is back at Daimaru Tokyo and it features the year’s best cheese breads as selected by industry experts. A total of 23 types of cheese bread will be available for purchase with prices ranging from ¥200 to ¥600. The winning Genovese cheese baguette from Cara Aurelia is not to be missed, as well as other notable creations like Paul Bocuse’s white cheese bread with Hakata mentaiko (pollock roe) and melted four cheese fondue loaf.
