Designated an Important Cultural Property of Japan, this former dockyard site in Yokohama's Minatomirai area is now being transformed into an event space for grown-ups. Shintaro Uchinuma (the mastermind behind Book and Beer) is in charge of the creative content direction, whilst the Groovisions group will be responsible for art direction. The space will feature a coffee stand and a business lounge, as well as a fully equipped atelier and kitchen that you can rent for private parties or cooking lessons. More information will be up after June 25th, in preparation for their grand opening in October.
