Time Out says

Top snowboarders from all over the world converge on Roppongi Hills for Burton Rail Days, Japan's largest street snowboarding contest. Taking place for the fifth time this year, Rail Days will bring in 120 tons of snow and produce an impressive street course on which riders like Japan's Yuma Abe, Yuki Kadono and Ryusei Takahashi, plus guest participants such as Frank April, Zach Aller and Kas Lemmens, will compete for the $27,000 grand prize. The young and brave can take a shot at urban snowboarding at the Kids' Snowboard Park, opening at 11am (free rentals of boards, helmets, and boardwear are available). Note: there are limited viewing spots for the main contest, so you'll want to arrive well on time.
